How much does Beu cost?

We have two plans. The Salon or barbershop plan is £59 a month for teams, with every employed stylist included. Need to add self-employed stylists? Just £5 a month each. The Self-employed plan is £25 a month for independents and freelancers. Both plans include unlimited bookings, online booking pages, the Beu client app, automated reminders, marketing tools and Bailey, your AI assistant. UK card payments are 1.25% + 20p. No commission on any booking, ever. Pay annually and save up to £109.

How is Beu different from Fresha, Treatwell, and other marketplaces?

Marketplaces charge commission when a new client books you through them. Treatwell, for example, takes up to 35% of a new client's first booking through its marketplace. Beu charges a flat monthly fee with 0% commission on every booking, even ones from Beu's own marketplace. Your clients are your clients. We never compete with you for them, we never redirect them to a competitor, and your price stays the same whether you do 100 or 1,000 bookings a month.

Can I use Beu with a mix of employed and self-employed staff?

Yes, this is what Beu was built for. Set different commission structures for each team member. Payments from employed staff go straight to your business bank account with commissions tracked automatically. Self-employed professionals get their own payment routing to their own bank account. Everyone shares one card reader, and funds go to the right place automatically. No spreadsheets, no manual calculations, no end-of-week arguments about who is owed what.

What's included in my subscription?

Everything you need to run your business: online booking, the Beu app for your clients on iPhone and Android, automated reminders, deposit collection, no-show protection, commission splitting, a drag-and-drop email and SMS marketing builder, revenue analytics, staff performance reporting, reception mode, stock management, consultation forms and product sales, plus Bailey, your AI assistant. The Salon or barbershop plan adds team diaries, rota and pay, reports, stock and more than one location. Self-employed stylists on a salon account are £5 a month each, and Bailey Front Desk, the AI receptionist, is an optional paid add-on.

What payment methods do you support?

Beu Terminal (shared card reader), QR code payments, Klarna, Clearpay, card on file, deposits, vouchers, and no-show fees. UK cards are 1.25% + 20p on card readers, card on file and Quick Pay links. EEA, international and Amex cards are 2.35% to 2.75% + 20p. Klarna is 5.99% + 35p and Clearpay is 6.99% + 30p. Commission splits work automatically on every method, including cash, where we track what's owed and let you settle in one click.

Tips are automatically routed to the self-employed professional who performed the service. No manual splitting, no chasing up. The tip always lands with the right person.

Yes. Every team member gets their own professional profile with a portfolio, reviews, and direct booking link. They build their personal brand while staying part of your business.
